A few weeks ago, we lost a dear soul: Vienne's great, great aunt Patty Dipold. Luckily, Vienne was lucky to have met her (or is it the other way around?) a few months before she passed away. She will be missed....
It was a great time had by all at Sellwood Park in Portland. I'll just let the videos speak for themselves.
Vienne has grown to love the water! She loves her weekly swim classes and getting her toes wet at the beach. But most of all, she's enamored with a couple of local parks that have water features. Its been a fairly mild summer so far (only a couple of 90 degree days so far!) but on the days where it is on the warmer side, Vienne loves to cool off with a splash of H2O, like she did last weekend!
Vienne's Pepe recently visited from the East Coast (along with V's Auntie Arianne) and one day, when it was nice and warm outside, Vienne got the ride of her life courtesy of her Pepe.

In mid-July, we had an amazing time, camping with family at Nehalem Bay. It was Vienne's first experience with outdoor camping and she was a little champ out there! Truth be told, I was nervous that she would keep up the entire campground with her crying in the middle of the night, but amazingly, it seemed like she slept better at the campground then she does at home! Maybe it was the cool, fresh air. This video is a little behind the times because in the video, Vienne is barely walking a few steps, but now, she is literally running around the house on her own. All in the span of a month! There will be some new pictures and videos taken from Auntie Awa's cell phone that I'll add to this post ASAP.
