Sorry its taken me so long to get some new stuff up on Vienne's blog, but without further adieu, lets get you caught up!
It was a fun filled weekend staying with Aunt Carol and Uncle Paul. We even got to see Cousin Claire and her boyfriend Will, some rascally goats, the gravesites of Vienne's great grandparents and a quick visit with great aunt Patty! Whew!

While shopping at Costco on Sunday, who did Vienne run into, but none other than Chewbacca, Storm Trooper #5,654 and Jedi Knights, Jessup & Ernest. Guess everyone shops at Costco nowadays!

Easter 2011
This year, Easter was at Auntie Carol's and Uncle Paul's house. We had a great time, but definitely missed cousin Mike and Auntie Awa!!

Mother's Day 2011
We weren't sure how Mother's Day was going to turn out because on Saturday, Vienne wasn't feeling well. She had a high temp off and on and seemed generally cranky.
Then on Sunday, Mother's day began with Vienne and I waking up mommy - who got the rare treat to sleep in until 10am!! Vienne proudly handed over the Mother's Day card her and I made together and Danielle read it outloud proudly. Then it was off to Kettleman's bagels, where we sat for a few hours and read and ate and drank coffee and had fun hanging out as a family.
While at Kettlemans, we noticed a thick, green discharge in Vienne's eyes. After we got home, Vienne went down for a nap while we Googled the situation with her eyes. It was determined that most likely, Vienne had bacterial conjunctivitis - otherwise known as pink eye!!! How she got it, was anyone's guess. We have a doctor's appt. with her pediatrician today.
Anyhow, Vienne slept for about 3 hours and then woke up with her eyes filled with goop, preventing her from fully opening them. She looked miserable!!
The rest of Mother's day was spent relaxing and tending to Vienne's eyes. Danielle had a nice day me thinks! Now, bring on Father's Day!!
